Senior Consultants / Interim Managers

For our clients, large corporations that are expanding and undergoing restructuring we are looking for a number of experienced senior managers that are interested in pursuing their careers in the interim management or consulting field. In particular we are looking for individuals that fulfill some or most of the following requirements:

University or College Degree in the relevant field, MBA is an additional asset
|
|
|
Minimum 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, Planning and likes
|
|
|
Good working knowledge of one of the following industries: Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing, Chemical, ITC, Trade and Distribution possibly in an international environment
|
|
|
Proven track record of effective and successful line management experience
|
|
|
Project management experience and knowledge of relevant methodologies
|
|
|
Strong leadership and communication skills
|
|
|
Dynamic, mobile, ready for challenge and results driven
|
|
|
Native Polish speaker, fluent knowledge of English, other languages are additional asset
