Head of Technology Department
Eastern Poland

Our client is a large international contract manufacturing company in plastics mold with several manufacturing facilities worldwide. For their plant located in a very attractive location in Eastern part of Poland they are now looking for a very experienced Engineer to run the Technology Department.

MISSION
You will be responsible for the overall management and development of the technology department. Major duties will include:

	Liaison with the clients in regard to NPD, redesign, modifications and new technical solutions and general problem solving
	Continuous improvement of the manufacturing process in order to maintain optimal operational parameters
	Manufacturing process problem solving in cooperation with the design and manufacturing departments
	Participation in the planning, development and implementation of new products from both technical and economical point of view
	Setting up and tuning of the manufacturing process for new products
	Developing new solutions and ideas for better deployment of the manufacturing equipment
	Others tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:

	University Degree in relevant discipline (plastics, mold technology)
	At least 4 years management experience in plastics technology departament
	Good knowledge of innovative solutions and methods in regard to manufacturing process and product
	Knowledge of Autocad an/or other relevant programs and tools
	Good analytical and leadership skills
	Good interpersonal and presentation skills
	Fluent English
