Country / Sales Manager Poland – meat / sausages

Our client is a member of a large international foods and beverages group. With over 50 years tradition as a producer of raw and dry sausages and ham they have been rapidly expanding in Europe in recent years. Now they are planning their expansion to the Polish market and are looking for an experienced Country Manager / Sales Manager to develop their activities in this region.
MISSION
Working from the office in Poland you will be responsible for the development of sales and sales organization in Poland. Main tasks will include:

Development of sales and business strategies for the Polish market
|
|
Adapting the offer to the local tastes and demands and new product launches
|
|
Supervising and coordinating sales, logistics and marketing processes
|
|
Supervising quality issues including obtaining necessary certification
|
|
Development of the marketing strategies and price politics
|
|
Negotiating conditions with business partners
|
|
Building and management of a sales team
|
|
Others tasks as required
|
REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:

University Degree in relevant discipline
|
|
Good general experience in sales and management of sales team
|
|
Proven experience in sales of meat and sausage products
|
|
Existing network of purchasers of meat and sausage products
|
|
History of cooperation with food retail, discount, wholesale and privater label
|
|
Entrepreneurial with brilliant communication and negotiation skills
|
|
Mobility, driving license
|
|
Good English, other (East European) languages are advantage
|
|
