Sales Manager Poland & CEE – milk products

Our client is a member of a large international foods and beverages group. Based in Germany they specialize in all aspects of milk and dairy products. For over 30 years they have been a competent and independent partner to milk and dairy industry serving and advising suppliers and buyers worldwide, securing sustainable success with milk as an important natural resource. Due to the rapid development of their activities in the Eastern and Central Europe they are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager from milk and/or dairy industry to further develop their activities in this region.

MISSION
Working from the company headquarters in Germany you will be responsible for the development of Polish and CEE market for milk and diary products. Some of the duties will include:

	Identification of business opportunities and development of effective sales strategies and plans
	Development of new business to achieve the sales and business targets
	Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with corporate customers
	Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS
For this assignment you will need:

	University Degree in relevant discipline
	At least 5 years experience in B2B Sales in food or agriculture environment
	Knowledge of milk or dairy industry is an additional asset
	Strong negotiation and communication skills
	Driver’s license, readiness to travel
	Willingness to relocate to Germany
	Polish mother tongue, fluent English and/ or German a must
