Logistics Operations Supervisor - Pick and Pack
Warsaw

Our client is a large international FMCG company with a well known brand of products. Due to their dynamic development and expansion in the CEE / EMEA region they are now expanding and consolidating their supply chain and distribution operation

MISSION
Reporting to Pick&Pack Manager, Global Logistic, you will be responsible for System Operational Support in the area of pick & pack and assembly line for the client's Global Distribution Center in Warsaw to ensure highest level of service and responsiveness to the markets regarding logistics. Main tasks will include:

	Supervising Order Assembly and Shipping process for the global deliveries
	Continuous and proactive improvement of the system and interface architecture and daily operations to ensure a sustainable and long-term solution
	Contributing to the quality increase – especially Perfect Order Rate and Picking Error Rate improvements
	Maintaining close contact with other operational departments
	Managing efefctive end user support and training
	Others tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
Some of the requirements for this role include:

	Degree level education in relevant area (economics, informatics)
	Minimum 2 years experience in logistics provider side preferably in warehouse operations
	Specific pick&pack and assembly line experience is a great advantage
	General Systems and Data experience as well as knowledge and experience – preferably within ERP and/or WMS systems – from experienced user perspective
	Strong analytical skills
	Self-propelled with the ability to drive activities independent – identifying and setting own priorities
	Willing to tgravel
	Polish, Fluent English, other languages are additional asset
